Formatting talking points

Formatting talking points

Talking points are bulleted lines of text in a list.

Since talking points are text, you can change the font, size, style, and colour of any part or all of a talking point.

To change an entire talking point, click once on the talking point.

You can select and change multiple talking points by holding down the Shift key and clicking each point.

You can change all the talking points in a container by selecting the container.

To change part of a talking point, double-click the talking point, then select the text you want to change.

To change the font, choose a new font from the Font list on the Formatting toolbar.

Choose Text>Font then choose a font from the sub-menu.

To change the text size, choose a new size from the list on the Formatting toolbar.

Choose Text>Size then choose a size from the sub-menu.

To change the style, click the Bold btn_bold, Italic btn_italic, or Underline btn_underline buttons.

Choose Text>Style then choose a style from the sub-menu.

To change the colour, click the Text Colour button on the Formatting toolbar.

Choose Text>Colour then choose a colour from the colour palette.

To change the indent level of a talking point:

1.Select the talking point.

You can select and change multiple talking points by holding down the Shift key and clicking each point.

2.Click the Move Right button to indent the talking point one level.

Click the Move Left button to reduce the indent of the talking point by one level.

To hide the bullet graphic of a talking point:

1.Select the talking point.

You can select and change multiple talking points by holding down the Shift key and clicking each point. You can change all the talking points in a container by selecting the container.

2.Click the Show/Hide Bullets button.
