Adding and editing talking points |
1.Click anywhere in the container.
2.Type the content of the talking point.
3.Press Enter to close the talking point and start another,
-or-
Click somewhere outside the container to close the talking point without starting another.
1.Click the last talking point in the container.
2.Press Enter to create a new talking point.
3.Type the content of the talking point.
4.Press Return or Enter again to close the talking point and start another.
-or-
Click somewhere outside the container to close the talking point without starting another.
•Click within the talking point.
Use the standard editing tools to insert and delete text. Click outside the talking point when you are finished.
1.Click within the talking point.
2.Click the Show/Hide Bullets button on the Formatting toolbar.
3.Click outside the talking point.
Note: You can quickly hide the bullets for all talking points in a container by selecting the container and clicking the Show/Hide points button.
