Speaker notes |
By default, Presentation Manager places notes from your document into the Speaker Notes area for each slide at the bottom of the window. If instead you want your note text to appear on your slides, clear the box in the Presentation Settings dialog when creating a new presentation.
You can edit the notes as you need for your purposes. You can change the font, size, style and colour of text in the speaker notes.
When you play your presentation, speaker notes will appear on the presenter monitor. You can also print slides speaker notes using a variety of settings.
