On the mind map, text used to label branches, symbols, relationships and text in notes all share the same defaults. You can change the defaults for all mind map text at the same time.

To change text defaults:

1.Select the object on which you'll change the new text attributes.

2.Change the text attributes to reflect your preferences using the tools on the Formatting toolbar or menus.

For example, this may include font, text size, or text colour.

3.On the Formatting toolbar, click the Defaults button , then choose Set Default.

New items you add to your mind map will use the new text defaults.

Applying defaults on your current mind map

After you change the text defaults, you can apply these changes to existing objects on your mind map.

To apply defaults:

1.Select the object to which you want to apply the new defaults.

2.On the Formatting toolbar, click the Defaults button , then choose Apply Default.
