When you print an outline, you can specify the amount of space between the lines of text. Changing the line spacing in the Page Setup dialog does not affect how the outline appears on the screen.

To set line spacing:

1.On the File menu, choose Page Setup.

2.Click the Layout tab.

3.In the Line list select the spacing.

4.Click OK.
