Use the Page Setup options to customise how your document prints, including margins, page numbers, and headers and footers. The settings you choose apply only to the open document.

To set print options:

1.On the File menu, choose Page Setup.

2.Click Options, then select the options you want.

3.Do one of the following:

To close the Page Setup dialog and continue working, click OK.

To print the document, click Print.
