Formatting prefixes |
You can change the font and text style of the prefixes in an outline. By default the prefix style follows the text style of a topic.
To format prefixes:
1.On the Formatting toolbar, click the Prefix button 
, then choose Custom.
2.Select the Custom Font and Style box.
3.On the Font list, select a font.
▪To apply bold formatting to the prefixes, select the Bold box.
▪To italicize the prefixes, select the Italics box.
▪To underline the prefixes, select the Underline box.
4.Click OK to apply the formatting.
