Adding notes to a diagram |
For each symbol in a diagram, a note is available. Notes allow you to expand your ideas and actually begin the writing process while continuing to work in the visual format. Notes are flexible. You can choose to keep a note attached and move it with its symbol, or detach it from its symbol and place it anywhere on the diagram.
To add a note to a symbol:
1.Select the symbol.
2.On the Main toolbar, click the Note button.
3.Enter your text into the note.
4.Click 
to close the note.
