When you select one topic, all subtopics down the branch are also selected. When you select multiple topics, the subtopics down the branch are not automatically selected.

To select one object:

•Click it.

To select multiple objects:

•Hold down the Shift key, then click each object.

If the objects are next to each other, you can drag across the objects until the marquee appears around them.
