After you add a note to a topic or to the central idea, you can open the note and edit the text. You can show or hide individual notes and you can show or hide all notes.

To show a note:

1.Select the topic.

2.Click the Note Quick Control .

Choose View>Notes, then choose Show from the sub-menu.

To hide a note:

•Click on the note.

-or-

Select the topic or note, then choose View>Notes, then choose Hide from the sub-menu.

To show all notes:

•Choose View>Notes, then choose Show All from the sub-menu.

To hide all notes:

•Choose View>Notes, then choose Hide All from the sub-menu.
