You can quickly re-size a note to the minimum size required to display the contents of the note.

To optimize the size of a note in a diagram:

1.Select the symbol.

2.Click the Note Quick Control .

-or-

Choose View>Notes, then choose Show from the sub-menu.

3.Click the Optimize button .

4.To return the note to its previous size, click the Optimize button again.
