Revealing talking points one at a time |
You can specify whether the talking points on a slide will be displayed all at once, or if its talking points will be revealed one at a time.
To enable reveals for one or more slides:
1.Select a slide in the Slide Sorter.
Select additional slides by holding down the Shift key and clicking the slide thumbnails.
2.Click the Reveal Talking Points button on the Formatting toolbar.
Slides that have reveals enabled appear in the Slide Sorter with three small dots.
Note: If you use Presentation Auto Play to have your presentation run unattended, each talking point will be revealed after the specified interval.
