You can break notes text into a series of new topics, with a new topic created for each carriage return in your note.

This is useful if you use the outline notes as a temporary place to store information, pasting in text from your word processor and other sources.

To break a note into topics:

1.Select the topic with notes.

2.On the Outline menu, choose Break Apart.
