When you print an outline, Inspiration automatically prints all notes even those that are hidden on the screen. In some cases, you may not want to print the notes that are hidden. When you print, you can hide the notes so the printed document looks exactly like the document on the screen.

To hide notes in a printed outline:

1.In the outline, hide the notes you don't want to print.

2.On the File menu, choose Page Setup.

3.Click the Layout tab, then clear the Hidden Notes Text box.

4.To proceed, click Print.
