If you preview your document, especially a diagram or mind map, and find that it's wider than one page, you may want to print in landscape rather than portrait page orientation.

To set the page orientation:

1.On the File menu, choose Page Setup.

2.Click the Layout tab, then select Portrait or Landscape.

3.Click OK.
