As you work, it's sometimes helpful to show only some outline levels below a topic. You can do this by selecting a topic that has subtopics, then specifying how many levels of subtopics you want to see.

To specify the levels of subtopics to show:

1.Select the topic or subtopic.

You're going to specify how many levels of subtopics to show below the selected topic.

2.Choose View>Levels, then choose the levels of subtopics to show from the sub-menu.

Only the levels of subtopics you chose appear for the selected topic. All subtopics below the level you specified are hidden.
