After you add a note to a symbol, you can open the note and edit the text. You can show or hide individual notes and you can show or hide all notes in a diagram.

To show a note for a symbol:

1.Select the symbol.

2.Click the Note Quick Control .

Choose View>Notes, then choose Show from the sub-menu.

To hide a note for a symbol:

•Click on the note.

-or-

Select the symbol or note. Choose View>Notes, then choose Hide from the sub-menu.

To show all notes in a diagram:

•Choose View>Notes, then choose Show All from the sub-menu.

To hide all notes in a diagram:

•Choose View>Notes, then choose Hide All from the sub-menu.
