You can attach AIFF, Midi, MP3 and WAV files to symbols and topics. You can attach one audio file or one recorded sound to each symbol or topic. To attach an audio file, your computer must have Windows Media Player.

To attach an audio file to a symbol or topic:

1.Select the symbol or topic.

2.Choose Tools>Insert Video or Sound, then choose Sound File from the sub-menu.

3.Open the folder where the audio file is located.

4.Select the file, then click Open.

Click the Audio Quick Control to play the recording.
